Free second opinions

Ark Vets will provide FREE OF CHARGE consultations for clients wishing to obtain a second opinion for their pet**. We regularly have new clients contacting us to seek a second opinion on medical conditions, a previous diagnosis or pet treatment plans, and we are more than happy to provide them. A detailed, no obligation estimate can also be provided prior to your appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: This offer DOES NOT apply to exotic cases and/or patients. Exotic consultations are charged as standard.

Please appreciate that we will require your pet's medical records from your existing veterinary practice in advance of the appointment, which is necessary to get a full understanding of the medical history. However, we can arrange this for you - saving you both time and money.

A second opinion does NOT mean that you are changing practices, unless you specifically request to.

Unfortunately, our Veterinary Surgeons are unable to give telephone advice about a patient which is under the care of another practice without first seeing your pet. It is an ethical requirement that your existing practice is informed that we are seeing your animal.
